1. Flange Type Compensator
The flange type compensator is used for the connection between the secondary outgoing line copper tube of the electric furnace transformer and the short network copper tube. It can compensate for installation errors, thermal expansion & contraction, and absorption of vibration caused by the short network electromagnetic force.
2. Plate Type Compensator
The plate type compensator is used for air-cooled copper bar connection of the transformer output terminals, and it is more convenient to be replaced.
3. Connection Water-cooled Compensator (Copper Tube Short Network)
The copper tube short network is called as connection water-cooled compensator. This type short network is a soft connection to connect the busbar type compensators or copper skin type compensators.
4. Water-cooled Cable
Water-cooled cables are high-current soft conductors that connect short networks and conductive cross-arms, and are generally divided into two types: ordinary connections and rotary joints.
5. Current Conductive Cross Arm
The current conductive cross arm is a copper-steel composite plate, and the length depends on the size of the furnace and the diameter of the furnace cover. One end is connected to the water-cooled cable by a conductive plate, and the other end is composed of a conductive chuck and a stainless steel holding turn, which plays a role of holding and pressing the graphite electrode for conduction.

6. Current Conductive Chuck
The conductive chuck is used to clamp the graphite electrode for electrical conduction, and it is easy to arc. It is the most vulnerable part in the electric furnace. There are three pieces in each furnace; its material adopts forged copper pieces.
7. Shaped Current Conductive Chuck
The shaped current conductive chuck has same function with above ordinary current conductive chuck. Because it is a special-shaped part, the material loss is large, the good product yield is low, and the price is higher.
8. Holding Clamping Tool
The holding tool is made of stainless steel 304, used with conductive chuck for clamping electrodes, and non-conductive.
